Frequently Asked Questions

  • For existing members, the easiest way to manage your class bookings is through the Mindbody app. Alternatively, login to the members portal to manage your class bookings.

    For new clients, you can visit our Pricing page to select a membership or class pack or visit our Timetable page to reserve a spot in an upcoming class.

  • When a class is showing ‘Waitlist’ this means the class is currently full. By joining the waitlist you are confirming that you would like to be automatically added if/when a space becomes available. If you are no longer able to attend the class, please take yourself off the waitlist to allow the next person on the waitlist to be added. If you are automatically added to a class from the waitlist and you do not cancel or show up, you will lose that class from your membership or class pack.

  • Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however our class sizes are limited so we ask that you please allow as much notice as possible so that someone else can get a spot in the class. A $5 late cancel fee will apply to cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time. Cancellations must be done through the members portal or the app, and will not be accepted via email or social media.

  • Group classes are not always suitable for those with injuries. We recommend booking a free 15 minute consult first to discuss the extent of your injuries and determine whether group classes or personal training would be more suitable. You can request a free consult by contacting us here and advising your preferred day and time.

  • Yes you can! Our classes are suitable for pregnant women who have no complications and/or have gotten clearance from their LMC. Please note we do recommend personal training for a more pregnancy-specific pilates program.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can show you how to use the reformer safely. The studio doors open 10 minutes before the class start time and we have changing rooms for you to use if needed. We recommend bringing a water bottle, sweat towel and non-slip socks.

  • Absolutely not! We all start somewhere and we encourage all levels of fitness to join us.
