Cancellation and No Shows

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time will incur a $5 late cancel fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from the bank card you have provided and there will be no exceptions. If you reserve a spot in a group class and do not show up without cancelling you will lose that class from your membership or class pack. If you are on the unlimited weekly membership, a no show fee of $10 will apply and be automatically deducted from your card.

Memberships

You acknowledge and agree that your membership fee will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card on a weekly basis. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account and you will be charged a dishonour fee of $14.95 if a payment fails. Failure to attend classes does not exclude you from your obligations to pay the membership fee every week. Any unused classes will not roll over to the next week. You must inform Power Pilates of any change in your contact details or any change in your card details for payment. If your automated payment fails, Power Pilates has the right to suspend your membership until all debt is paid in full. If you wish to cancel your membership, a minimum of 2 weeks notice in writing is required. You will continue to be charged even if you do not attend classes during this 2 week period. If you wish to put your membership on hold, a minimum of 1 weeks notice in writing is required. You can put your membership on hold for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks. If you are unable to attend classes due to an injury or other medical condition, you may cancel your membership or put it on hold without notice given you provide a medical certificate or similar from a qualified medical practitioner.

Any and all purchases of memberships, classes, and personal training are not refundable and not transferable. Classes cannot be attended by anyone other than the person booked into the class.

Power Pilates has the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By proceeding with your payment you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
